Kick off the 2017 PNWS Conference with the annual Meet and Greet immediatlely following the Tapping and Meter Madness finals. Connect with old friends and make new ones Wednesday, May 3 from 7:00-9pm. The Three Rivers Convention Center is the location. We have some great entertainment options for you including dancing to the sweet funk and R/B sounds of Copastetic, creating your very own wine at our wine mixing class, or just chilling with your friends in our cigar lounge! And of course some great food and beverages. Guest tickets are just $50.
Hospitality Suites at the Convention Center
NEW this year! Three Vendor/Consultant themed hospitality suites located inside the convention center Thursday night. We don't know what the themes will be and we don't know who will be sponsoring this networking opportunity. We do know however, that since the PNWS Go! Scavenger Hunt is now opened to all conference attendees we will not be having a traditional scavenger hunt at venues in the Tri-Cities as we do not need anyone drinking and driving. So after your Thursday evening dinner with your favorite consultant, head back to the convention center for some networking and food and beverages. We will have a shuttle service that will be taking you back to your hotels at the end of the evening. FREE!
You won't want to miss our closing night awards banquet. The evening kicks off with closing of the Water For People silent auction and champagne reception. This is the time to stake your claim to that one item or three that you cannot live without! Be there there and witness the judging of our Best Tasting Water Contest. Who's water will represent our Section at the national taste test at ACE17?
Then its on to our awards banquet. This special evening recognizes the hard work and dedication of our AWWA members as the Section presents its highest awards, culminating with the presentation of the AWWA Fuller Award. Stick around following the banquet and join us as we celebrate the passing of the gavel from PNWS Section Chair Lacey Goeres-Priest to incoming Section Chair Dan Kegley.
Guest tickets are $50.
