It’s easy to take water for granted. After all, water is a constant in our daily lives especially here in the great Pacific Northwest. Without a doubt water is the single most important need we have – we need it every day for almost everything we do. We need it to drink, cook and clean. We need it for sanitation, fire protection, watering our lawns and washing our cars. We need it to live.

And while the general public takes water for granted, the members of the Pacific Northwest Section of the American Water Works Association do not. Whether it is making sure that enough water is available when supply is low, or ensuring adequate pressure levels for fire protection, and your morning shower, providing high quality water is what our members care most about. We are professionals, stewards and protectors of our water.
